1. About FinanceRazor

FinanceRazor is an online auto-insurance comparison platform. We help U.S. drivers shop, compare, and connect with third-party insurance carriers and lead buyers. We are not a licensed insurance carrier, broker, or agent, and we do not issue, underwrite, or sell insurance policies. Any policy you obtain will be issued by the insurance company you ultimately choose, subject to that company's own terms, pricing, and eligibility requirements.

2. Eligibility

To use the Site you must be at least 18 years old, a legal resident of the United States, and able to enter into a binding contract. By using the Site you represent that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is your own, true, and accurate.

3. How the Service Works

When you complete our assessment, you voluntarily provide information such as your name, email, ZIP code, driving history, and coverage preferences. We use this information to display offers from third-party insurance providers and lead-marketing partners that may match your profile. Whether you accept any offer is entirely up to you, and you are never obligated to purchase anything to use the Site.

4. Consent to Contact (TCPA Notice)

By submitting your contact information, you agree that FinanceRazor and our marketing partners may contact you by email, telephone (including via auto-dialed calls or pre-recorded messages), or SMS regarding insurance products and related services. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message or emailing unsubscribe@financerazor.com.

5. Third-Party Offers and Sites

The Site contains links and integrations to third-party websites, quote engines, and ad networks. We do not control these third parties and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, pricing, or practices of those websites. Any transaction you enter with a third party is solely between you and that third party.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable state or federal law.
• Attempt to interfere with the Site, including by scraping, reverse-engineering, or bypassing security controls.
• Use automated tools (bots, crawlers, scripts) to access or query the Site without our express written permission.
• Submit information on behalf of another person without authority.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, design, logos, code, and the FinanceRazor name and mark — is owned by FinanceRazor or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. All other rights are reserved.

8. Disclaimers

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." FINANCERAZOR MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. RATES, COVERAGE TERMS, AND OFFERS DISPLAYED ON THE SITE ARE ESTIMATES PROVIDED BY THIRD PARTIES; ACTUAL RATES AND ELIGIBILITY ARE DETERMINED SOLELY BY THE ISSUING CARRIER AND MAY DIFFER MATERIALLY FROM WHAT IS DISPLAYED.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FINANCERAZOR AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100).

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FinanceRazor, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective date" at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated by a prominent notice on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after the effective date of any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
